The client is developing a high quality, high density, mixed-use
development in the heart of Aldgate. GPA have an ongoing role advising
on the project’s regeneration principles and the public realm
and open space strategy.
To date our work has involved intensive research carrying out
a social & cultural survey of the wider Aldgate area to assess
local needs and ensure sensitive and meaningful integration, developing
wide-ranging open space, art and play strategies for the development,
and contributing as strategic members of the masterplanning team.
